We closely review construction drawings for code compliance and proper building envelope alignment.

We provide field reports that confirm if activities are being constructed in conformance within specific project standards.

We review product submittals to check for compatibility and congruence with Design Professional specifications and product manufacturer recommendations.

Standards

We collaborate with Project Teams during Preconstruction Conferences and Follow-up Meetings to establish an understanding of the design intent an standards for the Definable Features of Work.

Observations

We conduct field observations to identify conforming/non-conforming installations to confirm compliance with design intent and referenced standards.

Testing

We conduct field testing of selected glazing systems through use of the AAMA 501.2 test procedures and analysis. We also utilize testing equipment to evaluate conditions prior to interior finishes.

Design

We review Design Drawings and associated documents to analyze constructability and sequence with selected materials.

We are a group of construction professionals with varied experience and training in: Engineering, Building Forensics, Code Compliance and Design. Our staff has provided construction expertise across a number of vertical markets in Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Civic, and Residential construction. Our team members have over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry.
